To register and maintain an Account on z3game, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for so long as you hold an Account:

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on z3game. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are required to update your Account information promptly if any details change. z3game reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided and to suspend an Account pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You agree to notify z3game immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
z3game will never contact you to request your password by email, chat or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
z3game is required to perform KYC verification as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. You agree to provide such documentation as we may reasonably request, which may include but is not limited to a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC requirements are satisfied.
Deposits to your z3game Account must be made using payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. Available methods may vary by region and are subject to change without prior notice.
Certain payment services familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as familiar Pakistani payment channels in our educational content. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live-dealer games, by physical game outcomes under studio conditions. z3game does not control or influence individual game outcomes.
Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session. Published RTP figures reflect the game provider's stated values and are not independently verified by z3game in respect of each individual session.

z3game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon termination, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in a verified Account will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, net of any amounts owed to z3game, unless funds are subject to a freeze pending investigation. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure regardless of circumstance.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting z3game support. Closure requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) and will be processed within a reasonable period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z3game is incorporated or licensed to operate, as published on the Platform. Pakistani users are advised that those laws may differ significantly from Pakistani law.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus or account action, Players must first submit a written complaint to z3game's support team at [email protected]. z3game will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve them within 30 calendar days of receipt.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, Players may seek recourse through such external dispute-resolution mechanisms as may be available under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. z3game does not concede the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts over matters arising from this Agreement, but does not restrict a Pakistani Player's right to seek such remedies as may be available to them under applicable local law.
z3game reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the changes take effect.
