Player Safety First

Responsible Gambling

At z3game, gambling is entertainment — nothing more, nothing less. This page gives you the tools, knowledge and support resources to stay in control and play on your own terms, every time.

18+ Adults Only Self-Exclusion Available 24/7 Support

Why Responsible Gambling Matters

For the vast majority of players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and other cities, online gaming is exactly what it should be — a bit of fun, a way to enjoy cricket markets during a PSL season, or the thrill of a late-night live casino session. That is the experience z3game is built for.

But we are realistic. For some people, gambling can shift from entertainment into something that causes genuine harm — financially, to relationships, and to mental wellbeing. Recognising that possibility and doing something about it is not an optional extra at z3game. It is a core part of how we build and run this platform.

The tools on this page are not buried in settings menus. They are front and centre because we want you to use them — before you need them, not after something has gone wrong. Set your limits on day one. Review them regularly. And if you ever feel that gambling is affecting your life in a way you did not sign up for, use the self-exclusion option without hesitation.

18+ only — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction

Local laws may restrict gambling. Being 18 does not make online gambling lawful in Pakistan. Pakistani residents must independently assess their legal position. This is not legal advice.

Gambling is entertainment, not income. No betting strategy, system or pattern of play guarantees a profit over time. All casino games and sports markets carry inherent risk, and the house edge or bookmaker's margin means that, over time, the expected outcome for most players is a net loss. Please only wager money you can afford to lose.

Time passes quickly during a session. It is easy to lose track of how long you have been playing, especially on live casino tables or in-play sports markets. z3game's session-time alerts are designed precisely to bring you back to awareness — use them.

Chasing losses is a warning sign. The impulse to keep playing in order to recover what you have lost is one of the most common early indicators of problem gambling. If you recognise this in yourself, stop the session and activate a cooling-off period.

Your Safety Tools at z3game

Every tool below can be activated from within your Account at any time — without contacting support, without delay, and without judgement.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum amount you can deposit within a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once the limit is reached, further deposits are blocked for the remainder of that period. Reducing your limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour to 7-day cooling-off period before it activates.

Loss Limits

Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period — daily, weekly or monthly. When your net loss reaches the cap, further wagering is blocked until the period resets. This is one of the most direct and effective tools for keeping your gambling spend within a budget you have set for yourself.

Wager Limits

Set a ceiling on the total amount you can wager per session, per day or per week — regardless of wins and losses. A wager limit provides structure for players who prefer to manage play frequency and volume rather than just net results.

Session Time Alerts

Receive an on-screen notification when you have been actively playing for a period you specify — 30 minutes, 1 hour, or another interval of your choosing. The alert prompts you to pause and assess whether you want to continue. Staying time-aware is one of the simplest and most powerful responsible-gambling habits.

Cooling-Off Period

Take a temporary break from the Platform — for 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month or another period you select. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but you cannot log in or place bets. The period cannot be shortened once activated, ensuring the break is genuine.

Self-Exclusion

Request a full account suspension — for a minimum period (typically 6 months) or indefinitely. During self-exclusion you will be blocked from all Platform access, and z3game will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from reaching you. Reactivation requires a mandatory waiting period and is never instant.

Weekly Limits

Reset every 7 days. Good for players who prefer week-by-week budgeting.

Monthly Limits

Reset on a rolling 30-day basis. Suits players managing a monthly entertainment budget in PKR.

Session Time Limits

Alert triggers after your chosen number of minutes in a continuous session.

Self-Exclusion (6 months to indefinite)

Full platform access block. Reactivation requires a mandatory waiting period — no instant reversal.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling rarely announces itself. It tends to develop gradually. These are the signs that suggest gambling may have moved beyond entertainment.

Chasing Losses

Continuing to play — often with larger bets — specifically to recover money you have already lost in a session.

Gambling with Essential Money

Using money allocated for rent, bills, groceries or family expenses — including PKR set aside for monthly household needs.

Hiding Your Gambling

Concealing the amount you gamble, the frequency of play, or losses from family, friends or a partner.

Inability to Stop

Finding it genuinely difficult to walk away at the end of a planned session, even when you intended to stop.

Emotional Dependency

Gambling as a way to escape stress, anxiety, boredom or negative emotions — rather than for entertainment.

Relationship Strain

Arguments about money or time spent gambling, neglecting family responsibilities, or withdrawing from social life due to gambling.

Borrowing to Gamble

Taking loans, using credit, or borrowing from family or friends specifically to fund gambling activity.

Preoccupation with Gambling

Spending significant time thinking about gambling, planning next sessions, or replaying past bets — even when not playing.

Escalating Stakes

Needing to bet increasingly large amounts — in PKR terms — to achieve the same level of excitement as before.

If you recognise two or more of the above in your own behaviour, we strongly encourage you to activate a cooling-off period or self-exclusion immediately and to seek independent support. Acknowledging the signs early is far easier than addressing a fully developed problem later.

Healthy Play vs. Harmful Play

Signs of Healthy Gambling
  • You set a budget before you play and stick to it
  • You treat losses as the cost of entertainment, not money to recover
  • You stop playing when you reach your session time or loss limit
  • You never gamble with money meant for rent, food or family
  • You are honest with family about what you gamble and how much
  • You can take breaks and enjoy other activities without craving gambling
  • Wins are a pleasant surprise, not an expectation you plan around
  • You feel in control of the decision to start and stop
Signs of Harmful Gambling
  • You regularly spend more than you planned before you started
  • Losing feels unbearable and triggers a need to keep playing
  • You ignore session alerts or find workarounds for limits you set
  • You have used money from household expenses or savings to gamble
  • You hide your gambling activity or make up stories to cover losses
  • You feel restless, irritable or anxious when you are not gambling
  • You are counting on a win to solve a financial problem
  • You feel unable to stop even when you want to

Ask Yourself These Questions

Honest self-assessment is the first step toward keeping gambling in a healthy place. These questions are not a clinical diagnosis — they are prompts to help you reflect on your relationship with gambling.

If you answer "yes" to several of these, or find the questions themselves uncomfortable to sit with, that reaction is meaningful. Please consider activating a cooling-off period and reaching out for support. z3game's support team can point you towards appropriate resources — our live chat is available around the clock.

Need to talk? Contact z3game's 24/7 live chat team. Our support agents can assist with responsible-gambling tools, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Urdu-speaking agents are available on request.

Reflect honestly on each question

01

Have you ever spent more money gambling than you planned to before you started the session?

02

Have you ever borrowed money, used savings, or sold possessions specifically to fund gambling?

03

Do you find it difficult to stop playing once you have started, even when you feel you should?

04

Have you continued gambling in order to try to win back money you previously lost?

05

Has gambling ever caused arguments or tension with family, friends or a partner?

06

Have you ever hidden how much you gamble, or lied about your losses, to someone close to you?

07

Do you gamble to escape stress, anxiety, loneliness or problems in your daily life?

08

Have you ever felt a strong urge to gamble that was difficult to resist, even when you intended to take a break?

Support Is Available

Seeking help for a gambling problem is a sign of strength, not weakness. The following are recognised sources of support. Mentions are informational only — z3game has no affiliation with any external organisation.

Talk to Someone You Trust

Sharing a problem with a trusted family member, friend or community figure is often the most immediate and effective first step. In many parts of Pakistan, family support networks play a central role in helping people navigate personal challenges — including financial and behavioural ones.

Professional Counselling

Licensed psychologists and counsellors practising in Pakistan's major cities — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi — can provide professional support for behavioural issues including problem gambling. Speaking to a mental-health professional is a private and constructive route to addressing a gambling problem at its root.

International Support Organisations

Gamblers Anonymous (GA) is a globally recognised peer-support organisation for people with gambling problems. GA operates on a 12-step model similar to other recovery programmes. Information on GA meetings and online resources is available via ga.org. This is a text-only mention; z3game has no affiliation with GA.

Online Communities

Several online forums and support communities exist specifically for people managing or recovering from problem gambling. These peer-to-peer spaces offer anonymity, 24/7 availability, and the perspective of people who understand the experience from the inside.

z3game Support Team

Our 24/7 live chat team can help you activate any responsible-gambling tool immediately — deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion. We can also explain how each tool works. Contact us via live chat within your Account, or by email at [email protected].

Urgent: Self-Exclude Now

If you feel you need to stop immediately, do not wait. Navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gambling → Self-Exclusion and activate it now. Alternatively, contact live chat and ask our team to apply an immediate suspension. This is always an option — around the clock, without question.

Protecting Minors

z3game is strictly an adults-only platform. Access is limited to persons aged 18 or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. This is non-negotiable and enforced through mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process.

If you share a device with a minor, we strongly recommend enabling parental-control software on that device. Several free and paid tools are available for Android and iOS devices commonly used in Pakistan that allow parents and guardians to restrict access to gambling websites and applications.

If you suspect that a minor has accessed or registered a z3game account, please report it to us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take immediate action, including account closure and data deletion where confirmed.

18+ Only — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction

Parental Control Recommendations

  • Enable device-level parental controls on shared Android or iOS devices and set a PIN that minors do not know.
  • Use router-level content filtering to block gambling-category websites on your home network.
  • Never store your z3game login credentials in a browser on a device that minors can access.
  • Always log out of your z3game session when using a shared device — do not rely on browser tab closure alone.
  • Talk openly with young people in your household about gambling — honest conversation is one of the most effective preventive measures available.
